• Worked on offshore oil rigs in the Gulf of Mexico and land rigs in California, Louisiana, and Wyoming.
• Managed the preparation, logistics, and eventual wellsite execution of DST, TCP, and Data Acquisition services for exploration, completion, workover, and injection projects for both major and small private oil and gas companies.
• Performed DST, TCP, and Data Acquisition services using slim hole and full-bore tool technologies in well casings ranging from 5.000 inches to 10.125 inches.
• Responsibilities included the preparation, review, and finalization of wellsite procedures and contingencies, downhole tool assemblies, string schematics, and wellsite operations.
• Supervised correlation of downhole tools for well stimulation and completion.
• Prepared and managed ‘extended’ gun string perforating projects in high-pressure environments which included intervals in excess of 1100 feet and perforating guns of 6.625 inch outer diameter.
• Performed world’s first tubing conveyed perforating job with newly developed high-pressure, low debris, low atmospheric void gun system in a well in excess of 19,000 psi. (Schlumberger INsidr* Technology)
• Performed field introduction and testing for high-pressure and high-temperature downhole memory gauges.
• Provided technical support and recommendations for client projects to include tool specifications, preliminary procedures and completion designs, hazard analysis and risk control assessments, and cost/pricing for potential services.
• Provided field feedback to engineering and operations for improvement in service quality and operational safety.
• Prepared quality assurance files (Service Delivery Procedure documentation) for every well to ensure the best quality service is provided.
• Main author on 3 product manuals which highlighted every aspect of the product from health and safety to wellsite execution.
• Experienced in handling P&L statements, supply chain and procurement management, revenue forecasting, and financial invoicing.
• Applied Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen principles to work flow in order to streamline and improve productivity at the same time reduce cost and eliminate waste and excessive hard work.
