Ambitious and dedicated bilingual professional seeks a challenging and interesting entry-level position. Recent graduate in Industrial Engineering from Universidad del Norte (Colombia), and recently finished a six month internship in Bancolombia, the largest financial institution in Colombia and one of the largest in Latin America, where I was able to apply my analytical reasoning and great attention to detail when manipulating and analyzing data.

Internship
Worked directly with the Regional Manager of Financial Inclusion. Main functions included:
• Developing a support strategy with regular monitoring to guarantee the fulfillment of the business management plan.
• Preparing reports of portfolio growth, performing and non-performing loans, of the six offices across region.
• Recognizing improvement opportunities through comparative analysis between the performance of each office, to standardize procedures and obtain improved and more uniform results.
• Identifying clients that adversely affect the portfolio, in order to take corrective actions.
