Primarily responsible for ‘Bond Cell’ of cooled and uncooled Dewars used in Night Vision Systems. Performed process evaluations and lot acceptance testing on unit piece parts. Created matrices to evaluate critical bond parameters for robust operational performance on focal plane arrays, flex interconnects and feed through assemblies. Wrote final production machine programs, trained, tested and certified bond technicians. Created setup sheets for operation with x-factory production tracking system.
