Designed cake projects that integrated chemistry, mechanical and electrical engineering while preventing cross contamination between the electronics/materials and the food source. Best known worldwide by developing the first ever Daft Punk animatronics cake. I designed and built the structure and provided engineering specifications to a computer engineer who assisted in developing the Arduino platform used to run the animatronics. Project manager in civil and environmental remediation projects. Responsibilities included reviewing project site environmental repots, developing time lines for removal, scheduling site walks with utility companies, and calculating how much soil and water removal would be required.
Led and supervised the remediation for the Metro Gold Line Foothill Extension future maintenance yard in Monrovia, California. Project included supervising contractors during remediation process and collaborating with the project Authority as well as other engineers. Remediation worked included lead, arsenic and asbestos removal.

Project manager in Environmental, Safety and Health compliance projects to ensure Material & Processing projects complied with Environmental guidelines involving air, water and soil pollution. This involved reviewing documents and proposals from different disciplinary groups to assure compliance.
Lead hazardous waste minimization projects to satisfy SPCC, DOT, RCRA, SARA, TRI, TSCA, NESHAP, and AQMD regulations. This involved replacing hazardous materials with more environmentally friendly materials while reducing company expense, checking air quality permits, and performing online research to find better cost reductions for the company.
Lead weekly environmental compliance trainings that covered topics from Environmental, Health and Safety.
Subject Matter and Lead Materials Engineer for the F-35 tools thermal mapping survey. The purpose of this project was to problem solve a thermal issue in the F-35, which I was able to do within 4 months. I created large scale tests to find the thermal issues on F-35 parts, supervised and audited the shop floor and analyzed the results. This project required collaboration with Manufacturing and Material Engineers.
Project lead- collaborated with the Low Observables department to develop a low-VOC anti-static rain erosion coating system for F35. I investigated different paint materials, created and ran test plans to see which material best suited the program’s needs.
