• Production of nanomaterial semiconductors (VO2, MoS2) and optimization of device fabrication procedure at Argonne National Laboratory. Successfully produced novel material devices and tested characteristics.
• Production and device implementation of graphene. Led the project on graphene (only undergraduate student to work on independent project). Successfully grew graphene material and developed device fabrication procedure.
