Sr. Systems Engineer (08/2003-09/2008)
Raytheon, El Segundo, CA
Worked in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment supporting multiple Millennium payload activities as a systems test engineer. My primary task included system and subsystem test integration, systems analysis, software testing, environmental testing and engineering presentation. Recognized root cause and troubleshot systems anomaly under the umbrella of the Failure Review Board (FRB). Participated in test readiness review (TRR), test data review (TDR), critical data review (CDR), and systems meeting. I also worked in P1196 as a unit test engineer. Main assignment is to test the Low Power Electronics (LPE) unit which is the heart of the of the payload. Wrote discrepancy report (DR) and requested a FRB meeting if a problem arose prior to troubleshooting the unit. Utilized Interface Control Document (ICD), schematics, As-Built and new revision test procedure to verify troubleshooting plan. Assisted to verify lessons learned were incorporated into the test procedures or handbooks. Wrote an engineering change request (ECR) and created or updated systems test procedures. Also, mentored junior engineers coming out of college and coordinated technician support as needed.

Sr. Electronics Engineer (12/99-08/2002)
Lockheed Martin Space Systems & Technical Operations, Sunnyvale, CA
Worked in the Space Based Infrared System (SBIRS) and NSAT-110 Programs as a payload systems engineer. Performed payload test verification and validation for the A2100 satellite. My primary task included system and subsystem test integration, EMI/EMC systems analysis, environmental, shock and vibration testing. One of my duties was to make sure that the Pointing and Control Assembly (PCA) payload electrical interfaces communicated with each other. Wrote discrepancy report (DR), wrote engineering change request (ECR), recognized root cause and troubleshot satellite anomalies under the FRB. Participated in test design review, test readiness review (TRR) and spacecraft meetings. Generated test plan and created or updated test procedures. Provided cross functional coordination between engineering and manufacturing to research and resolved satellite issues on the production floor. Also, previously worked in the PLV-X (Payload Launch Vehicle) Missile Program as a Responsible Product Engineer (RPE) for the Destruct Interlock, Premature Separation Package and Instrumentation. Furthermore, I also coordinated technician support as needed.

System Test Engineer (MTS 3) (07/96-12/99)
Hughes Space & Communications, El Segundo, CA
Performed test integration for the HS601HP and HS376 satellites. My duties included bus testing, FACT machine operation to test harness assembly integrity. Conducted vibration, shock, environmental and qualification testing. Recognized and reported all test anomalies, wrote DR, identified root cause and troubleshot the sp...
