- Led a cross functional engineering, scheduling, and procurement team through New Product Introduction (NPI) process for the 737-8 MAX. Single Point of Contact throughout contracts for customer, vendor, and manufacturing.
- Worked with internal and external engineering and marketing teams to determine program definition, Statement of Work, and costs based on RFQ and development budget.
- Developed technical schedule and coordinated with supply chain vendors. Statement of work and schedule included engineering releases and technical data review, milestone meetings (PDR, CDR, FAI), on-dock dates, Boeing manufacturing assembly and integration, final inspections, and aircraft delivery.
- Monitored vendor submittals for timeliness, accuracy, quality, and ability to meet Government requirements. Provided metrics (RIOS, 4 Squares, MS Project) to management teams regarding schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.
Coordinated internal releases including 3D CAD modeling with engineering teams (mechanical design, electrical engineering, stress services, FAA delegated Airworthiness Representatives/DERs), factory liaison and manufacturing. Oversaw installation and builds in the factory.
- Recognized by multiple customers for promptness and attention to detail during design and after delivery.

- Oversaw a team of designers and drafters in the planning and execution of unique interiors designed for special mission and medical use (Fixed-wing and rotorcraft). Generated team Statement of Work, guided team throughout design process, and coordinated review between stress and materials teams.
- Designed certification strategies for new product offerings. Wrote required documents, performed testing, and worked with FAA to review and apply for approvals.
- Participated in design team annual reviews / performance management, staffing budget decisions, and long term strategy.
