• Selected by the executive management team and National Sales Manager for promotion to V.P. of Technology & Engineering for both the Fine Line Stencil and FCT Solder divisions.
• Developed an industry changing “Root Cause Analysis” service that sets the Fine Line Stencil division apart from its competition by substantially improving customer surface mount technology (SMT) process yields. This advanced problem solving service identifies the root cause of any SMT assembly problem and provides concrete solutions based on a thorough analysis of all product and process variables. Process yields as low as 0% have been raised to as high as 100%. This unique service is a major contributor to the company’s 23%+ growth in 2009, 20% growth in 2010, 21% growth in 2011, 20% growth in 2012, and 21% growth in 2013.
• Co-led design and development of revolutionary new nano-coating for solder paste stencils that dramatically improves solder paste printing and process yields. Identified test procedure and analyzed all test data utilizing Six Sigma methodologies
