I am a seasoned aerospace and manufacturing professional with over 30 years of experience.

Quality engineering support for new product development and manufacturing of hydraulic actuators, valves, components, landing gear, and hydraulic/mechanical systems used on a variety of aircraft and space applications. Provide program quality engineering support for assigned contracted along with verifying conformance with customer specifications and engineering requirements.

Utilizing my engineering background and expertise to communicate between team members and customer counterparts to provide assurance that the hardware is compliant to specifications. Handle and communicate deviations/nonconformance’s at different levels within the organization. Apply modern quality principles, concepts, and methods to aerospace and manufacturing operation, including Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools.

Interpret engineering drawings and specifications, customer quality requirements, and company quality requirements to ensure compliance with the customer's expectations. Interface with customers, regulatory agencies, and suppliers to ensure compliancy to design, specification, and customer requirements. Including GD&T, Receiving Inspection Plans, First Article Inspection, First Part/In-Process Inspection, Assembly Inspection, and Final Inspection.

Prepare comprehensive analyses, procedures, reports and presentations for customer review throughout the evaluation process. Reviews all supplier data and ensures that it is complete and accurate before the data is reviewed by the customer.
