Systems Engineering III, Airbus A350XWB Program
August 2012 – Present. Wichita, KS and Toulouse, France
•On-site Toulouse, France rep January 2013 to February 2014, responsible for direct customer interaction for development & definition of program level customer requirements through Requirements Based Engineering (RBE). Led Validation and Verification (V&V) activities and management of requirement changes within the Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
•Define engineering process for reviewing requirement changes, document reviews, and requirement discrepancies.
•Responsible for management of Sec 15 technical requirement documents, configuration changes and design discrepancies within the Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
•Analyze customer requirements for clarity and ensure they are well defined for applicability to engineering/program.
•Conduct requirement document reviews to identify “hard” requirements based on agreed contractual definitions.
•Technical review of customer design change request (CR) to ensure the CR does not create any potential deviations to requirements.
•Manage V&V activity through requirements database ENOVIA gPLM, produce Compliance Summary Reports, transfer of DX2 file containing V&V results through DOORS, and execute a plan for closing non-compliant requirements at each milestone delivery.
•Report status to weekly and quarterly reporting for program review meetings (internal and external).
•Team Lead responsible for delegation & reviewing of tasks, representation and decision-making during Manager’s absence.

Design Engineering III, Airbus A350XWB Program
October 2008 – August 2012. Wichita, KS and Toulouse, France
•Utilized CATIA V5, SmarTeam, PDMLink and VPN ENOVIA for design and product management.
•Responsible for Airbus A350XWB Section 15 metallic floors and composite frames structural design.
•On-site Toulouse, France floors design team focal for design development and change management with customer, January 2009 to May 2009 and February 2010 to May 2010.
•Reviewed design and drawing release of floors/cargo lining structure as Design Lead for Progresstech Joint-Venture, June 2010 to June 2011.
•Designed structural composite frames and managed design change requests.
•Interfaced with entire Integrated Product Team (IPT) from concept design to drawing release. (Stress engineering, Manufacturing engineering, Supply Chain, Material and Process, Configuration/Change management, Operations).
