March-2013 to June-2014
Worked as Site Engineer on Presidential Palace of Abu Dhabi-multi millions Dollar project, with Knowledge of all construction aspects of Earthworks, Highways and utilities infrastructure: Storm Water drainage system, Water Supply, Sewerage, Irrigation, Ground Telecommunications and Electrical Networks
Responsibilities:
Follow day to day site work to monitor progress & ensure conformance to design specifications
Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
Prepare and Conduct daily site inspection requests (RFI's) including excavation and Compaction, concrete casting...etc.
Liaising with consultants, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project to ensure site progress
Control the Manpower and Equipments on site
Report on daily basis project progress or non-compliance to the Project Manager for quality assurance purposes
Deal with engineering problems
Attending regular meetings with project manager and senior engineers to discuss work plans
Ensure that all materials used are as per specifications
Follow up the daily tests results with the laboratory and quality management
Ensure a safe work environment in all operations and activities
