Lead Engineer of Rack Integration
Hired as Engineering Technician; promoted to Rack Integration Team within one month. Responsibilities included reviewing engineering specifications to maintain knowledge of manufacturing methods, processes, and activities; interpreted engineering drawings and facilitated correction of errors on documents, carefully inspected defective parts for nonconformance to engineering design, and conferred with colleagues, quality control, and production department to provide technical support. Promoted to Lead Engineer of Rack Integration Team six months later, given a team of 3 to manage and additional responsibilities including: project management, design/redesigning process planning and tooling, direct rebuilding, testing and verifying of operational capabilities upon installation, create and maintain accuracy of BOMs, Agile database, and ECNs; successfully train operators in proper methods and usage of tooling, fixtures and machines; and initiate root cause analysis and perform mistake proofing.

• Charged with coordinating all customer and internal FAI/TRI (First Article Inspection/ Test Rack Inspection) to ensure product deliverability and customer satisfaction through continuous innovation and communication with key stakeholders.
