Dedicated Applications Engineer at Intel providing support for Implant, Diffusion, and CMP process areas for 10 300mm S300 metrology systems used for thin film thickness monitoring. Assisted customers with technical questions related to products and their applications. Subject Matter Expert on site to coordinate with FSE’s to maintain highest tool availability, and provide solutions to quickly resolve hardware issues. Collaborated with Rudolph Engineers and customer Equipment Owners/Technicians to modify tool, maintain tool repeatability and white paper requirements.
