Subject matter expert on GD&T requirements per ANSI Y14.5 – Engineering Standard for Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, AS9100C/AS9101 – Aerospace Standard for Quality Systems, AS9102 – Aerospace Standard for First Article Inspection and the use of “Net-Inspect” to document FAI measurement data, ARP9013 – Aerospace Recommended Practice for Sampling, AS9103 Aerospace Standard for Variation Management of Key Characteristics, root cause analysis with implementation and follow-up of effective and sustained corrective actions, and the management of thermal effects on the dimensional characteristics of metallic parts during fabrication and inspection.
Proficient with the use of calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, air probes, and other means of mechanical inspection. Skilled at the interrogation of 3D model based files (Catia V4 and V5) along with developing 2D derivatives that support AS9102 FAI’s. Proficient with SAP Business Software and Microsoft Office 2010 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access).
