• Electrocoat conversion from CorMaxVI Kai to NGE (Next Generation E-Coat) ElectroShield 27; estimated yearly savings of greater than $1MM
o Operate and maintain optimum voltage levels to ensure even coating within specifications and protection from oxidation
o Trend and analyze data including bath parameters (pH, percent non-volatile, bacteria, conductivity, voltage/amperes), total cost savings (usage; electrical, material, city water)
o Deconstruct production units and take data to ensure proper chemistries are taking place and material is working to its expected ability
o Present to Management recommendations to better optimize e-coat bath, further reduce costs, and improve mechanical and manpower efficiency on a weekly basis with comprehensive information and graphs that support recommendations

• Exterior Body Sealer conversion from Terolan SA-1004BX2 to HS-160; estimated yearly savings of approximately $250k
