Background Summary
I have 13 years professional drafting experience using Solidworks 3D Modeling / Drawing & EPDM, Pro/E 3D Modeling/Drawing, Auto-Cad (2D) Drawing. Also experience with ECO writing, processing, implementation and release of drawings and BOM’s into an ERP data base. I’m Proficient in the use of Adobe Illustrator for artwork creation and Microsoft Word, Excel for Manufacturing Assembly Guides and Outlook. I am very enthusiastic with a positive attitude, detail oriented with 20 years in engineering and manufacturing environments. I work very well independently and with others.

This company was also known as Viasys HealthCare and Cardinal Health. I was an ECO Technician, changing and checking drawings/BOMs per engineering red lines and implemented these changes into the ERP data base. I advanced to a Solidworks 3D Drafter working with engineers & designers to create detailed parts, assembly, sheet metal/weldments models/drawings with bill of materials from sketches or verbal instructions. I checked and corrected tolerance and fit situations and used GD&T when creating drawings. I checked for ROHS compliancy and found compliant ROHS substitutes. I created tooling and fixtures for the manufacturing floor to aid in product assemble via reverse engineering. Created and maintained product labeling. I worked along with sales, marketing, quality and regulatory personnel to create documentation and drawings for our customers and per USA and European agencies. I was responsible of the preparation and implementation of ECO’s, revising drawings, bill of materials and documentation.
