• Create cluster definition & drive routes in MapInfo based on the worst offender list as per Drop Call Rate
• Implement tilt and parameter changes at cluster level to improve CINR coverage & mitigate DCR
• Recommend parameter and threshold adjustment for events such as Handovers: A2/A3, IRAT/SRVCC: B1/B2
• Ensure VOLTE call continuity via SRVCC to UTRA/GERAN by tuning SRVCC parameters
