CORE SKILLS

Manufacturing Products Defect Improvement
• Inspect Photo film defects like void, pin hole, bubble, and deformed defects using SP1 and SP2 equipments.
• Prevent FAB6 production excursion like SHB1125 360A (FAB10 scraped 8000 wafers) and M108Y 6100A (FAB10 scraped over 4000 wafers and 7000 wafer downgraded) through the process monitoring using statistical process control.
• Improve WET process quality by pushing the defect inspection recipe baseline from 80nm to 40nm PMON.
• Separate CMP u-scratch defects from all other defects using BPSG and Cu films.
• Transfer all particle monitoring systems from SP1 to SP2 which changed 180 particle inspection recipes and over 1000 inspection travelers and steps which was seamless transition.

Mass Data Management / Organization
• Organize over 55,000 particle monitoring wafer data every week that need to be sorted, classified, and labeled.
• Track process particle monitoring status for over seven years for the manufacturing trend and process change status.
• Retrieve relevant data among the mass data in timely manner by keeping the historical tables and records. (Find last six month data for each production area particle, monitoring status in FAB6).
• Investigate exact source of the tool event by pin pointing errors from over 1000 log files.

Programming
• Use Perl for daily equipment event tracking in log files and weekly data organization that reduced time from 3 hours to 10 minutes.
• Use Perl Tk module to design graphical UI that made easy to use all the reporting tasks by anyone.
• Use C to manage restaurant and laundry stores from customer orders to daily revenue SQL database.
• Use Surfscan to detect non-pattern wafers’ defects that could separate ISSG and CMP u-scratches.
• Use Macro, AIT, and PUMA to inspect patterned wafer defects for inline process defect monitoring.
• Use WinRunner to test KLA-Tencor equipment software testing automation.

Communication / Scheduling
• Plan, schedule, organize, implement, and fine tune over 1000 process travelers and steps for production monitoring tools change from SP1 to SP2.
• Deal with variety demands for more than 100 different process owners from 10 production areas regarding equipment calibration changes that would shift the production criteria changed.
• Maintained high utilization time for 11 SP2s and 7 SP1s regarding PM, maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrade, and engineering test.
• Inform and update any change or activities on equipment to internal and external customers for the advance time scheduling.<...
