Develop cost, schedule and technical performance criteria of Fuselage and Control Surface components utilizing advanced composite and metal structural designs. Balance international production commitments across multiple functional supply base while maintaining key customer relationships.

Oversee suppliers in maturing manufacturing processes to ensure readiness for full rate production. Provide leadership and direction to multifunctional international based supply teams ensuring compliance to U.S. Export Control policies and procedures. Develop program strategic and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) goals. Negotiate contract deliverables. Prepare business proposal plans, statements of work, and component specifications.
