Employed through Guardsmark as a shift supervisor for the Security Operations Center. Duties involved, monitoring of CCTV's, report writing, patrolling, addressing door alarms/ fire alarms, responding to medical emergencies and work place violence.
Was promoted to contract work for Level 3 Communications in the Network Operations Center. Duties encompassed troubleshooting alarms via an integrated network between the United States and Europe. Worked with Johnson Controls Inc. and Siemens to troubleshoot alarms; systems incorporated were Netcool and CCURE.

Employed as a supervisor directly under Project Manager. Responsibilities are to receive direction, policy and guidance from the Project Manager. Supports the Project Manager as required in the enforcement and administration of a variety of directives.
To notify chain of command of any critical incidents, prepares end of shift reports and provides daily reporting of significant activities. Reviews security officers’ daily written reports for content, clarity, neatness, grammar and spelling, reviews and assists with the preparation of officer-generated incident reports and written statements.
Administrative duties include the issuing of weapons or equipment, the distribution of uniforms, assisting with fleet maintenance monitoring the need for repairs or cleaning, and scheduled service.
To participate in daily weapon count, monthly weapon inventories and other equipment inventories, as required. Initiates and takes appropriate action with respect to disciplinary matters, misconduct or commendations and complaints, documents and reports on cases of officer injury. To take appropriate action in matters of on the job injuries and accidents involving Walden Security personnel or property while implementing proper procedures for reporting and documenting.
