Testing adhesive coated products and tape. Responsible for coating line quality checks as required by each client.
• Perform coat weight, solvent retention, tensile, peel adhesion, shear adhesion, and tack; perform other ASTM and PSTC standard tests as required for specific projects, on new and existing products to support production of contract manufacturing facility.
• Record test data and provide reports for internal files and as needed for customer dissemination.
• Perform data analysis to create Statistical Quality Control trend charts to track process variation and maintain process control. Create, document, recommend QA test procedures and forms for customer specific products.
