Resume

Summary
My profession and passion is leadership. My skills are in communication, project and people management, training, process development, and mentorship. My 2 years of professional experience empowers me to identify a problem and find a solution with the minimal amount of resources needed for an engineer construction project and the all the safety measurements needed. I have developed pre-construction briefs prior to all construction missions in which included making a Critical Path Method and Gant chart and developing an equipment and BOM list needed for the project. Upon completing the prior construction planning, the pre-construction brief had to be briefed to the battalion commander. As project officer in charge, I have completed 7 route improvements, 10 FOB/COP improvements, 4 ground prep for PTDS/PGSS missions, and 8 structure constructions. I have trained Afghan National Army Engineers and partnered with them in 2 of my missions. I am an Afghanistan veteran and Platoon Leader in the U.S. Army with more than 2 years of service to our Country. I know firsthand that leadership is an act, not a position, and that organizational improvement and sustainment is achieved by leaders developing and investing as much in subordinates as the products and services the company provides. I seek a project management and safety roles and responsibilities comparable to the demands I've successfully met in the military sector and in war-time environments.
