Additionally, daily work activities include assisting in development of preliminary design budgets, as well as project change orders. These assignments and the managing of schedules for multiple projects at one time with engineering fees ranging from $1.5 to $30 million, and up to $1.2 billion in construction fee, have made time management a critical part of the Project Controls Intern responsibilities. Project Controller / Scheduler
 Responsible for developing and maintaining the project schedule for a $30 million engineering fee project.
 Developed preliminary budgets for the project managers as a baseline for the discipline leads.
 Tracked budgets, actuals, and earned value using Oracle Primavera P6.
 Identified and drafted Project Change Orders (PCOs), submitted them to the client, and tracked their status using Microsoft SharePoint.
 Generated weekly reporting for all discipline leads, area coordinators, and project managers.
 Developed and maintained reporting for forecast cost, resource planning, and milestone dates.

Project Controller / Scheduler
 Responsible for developing and maintaining the overall project schedule for a $2.9 million engineering fee project.
 Developed preliminary design budgets for the project manager and discipline leads.
 Maintained and continually developed the project schedule to provide the client with a meaningful and accurate tool.
 Interfaced with the client on a weekly basis to update the status of the project schedule; with the submission of each schedule update a detailed summary of changes to the schedule, and identification of areas of potential concern were provided.
