Employed primarily as the lead Estimator for the Design/Build Division of a Real Estate Development Company. Managed a staff of 2 other estimators. Duties also include database maintenance and upgrade, and cost information interface between Primavera Sure Trak scheduling and Expedition project management software. Also responsible for the development of renovation schemes, cost estimating and construction management of existing facilities owned.

Employed as Project Manager with an ENR Top 400 general contractor, responsible for project management and coordination of lump sum and design/build contracts. Duties include management, estimating and scheduling of contracts for hospital, pharmaceutical and sewage treatment facilities, GMP cost negotiations with Owner/Architects, subcontractor quotation solicitation and subcontract negotiations and writing. Also includes estimating and supervision of contractor self-performed concrete, masonry and carpentry work.
Greeley and Hansen Engineers, Inc. – 7/71 to 11/77
Employed as a Field Engineer on the construction inspection of sewage treatment facilities. Duties included the checking of general construction, mechanical and electrical equipment, force main and gravity piping systems and their installation. Also included the taking of concrete tests, preliminary site surveys, site layout and elevation checks, checking of shop drawings and submittals and performing tests of mechanical, electrical force main and gravity pipe systems for start up operation.
