* Obtained critical customer relations experience as a Product Support Engineer at General Electric supporting Jet Blue, Air Canada, and Flybe airlines. Differentiated GE engines; implementing aftermarket improvements which addressed the customer’s operational concerns and enhanced product reliability.

* Provided assembly and test oversight for the F110 aircraft engine program at the Kelly Aviation Center. Drove total quality management objectives through the organization to improve the operational performance of the engine. Ensured production and delivery timelines met both customer and leadership requirements.

* Director of Port Operations for Naval District Washington: Responsible for the berthing and the support of all naval vessels, both foreign and domestic, visiting the ports of Washington, Annapolis and Baltimore. Reported directly to the Commandant of Naval District Washington on waterfront activities in the region.

* Utilized Six Sigma tools to persuade several commercial airlines to implement engine wash programs. These programs provided the customers with significant fuel savings while at the same time increasing the overall value of the GE product. Certified: General Electric Green Belt

* Graduated from the Maine Maritime Academy with a degree in Marine Engineering Operations and licensed by the USCG as a 3rd Assistant Engineer in the US Merchant Marine. Employed by General Electric Aviation Division as a Product Support Engineer and Value Engineer; obtained Aerospace Power Plant experience from design, to assembly, test, and aftermarket support of the engine.
