• Negotiated with fraternity creditors in restructuring payments plans, thereby eliminating debt within 18 months and creating a surplus in $25,000 budget
• Recovered relationship and communication links between fraternity chapter and national organization, mid-term, by corresponding with executive members
• Initiated and published semi-annual newsletter to alumni and parents, resulting in four-figure monetary donations
• Created options with potential annual savings of $100,000 by introducing electronic manifest to existing scanning capability for large pharmaceutical distributor, receiving complimentary report to project advisor
