• Purchased capital and non-capital process equipment, field equipment and materials for project execution.
• Managed the execution of a factory acceptance test for a tablet compression machine. The team consisted of 4 engineers and two machine operators.
• Successfully led the refurbishment initiative on a TK Fielder Mixer to ensure that the production schedule wasn’t impacted. This pro-active rebuild of the Mixer was implemented in 4 days with zero production schedule impact.
