As Field Service Engineer, I am responsible for the diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of our fleet of hybrid powered buses operating at multiple customer sites. I also analyze, review, and inspect findings to determine source of problem, and recommend repair, replacement, or other corrective action as well as coordinate problem resolution with engineering, customer service, and other personnel to expedite repairs.I am responsible for maintaining records of field issues and analyzing reports of technical problems to determine trends affecting future design, production, service, and maintenance processes.


2010-2012 Field Test Engineer: Jacobsen, a Textron Company, Charlotte, NC
As field test engineer, I am responsible for the coordination of all practical application testing that must be performed at remote locations in support of the NP&SI process. It is my job to prescribe the best location for each particular item in question, communicate with the course what is necessary, then follow through and provide support to the course throughout the process.
