Responsibilities:
 Perform job site assessment prior to rig up.
 Review Job program proposal and understand treatment specification.
 Stay up to date with Frac calendar.
 Coordinate with company man on pump time.
 Ensure that everything needed to frac is on location (Fluid, CO2 sand etc).
 Ensure that correction can be made to the backside for monitoring at least the day prior to the treatment.
 Help coordinate rig-up to ensure wire line/coil tubing can be most efficient between treatment stages.
 Efficiently manage and complete rig up in timely manner.

 Assist in writing job proposals/designs.
 Assist service line coordinator in determining calculations for chemical addictives and concentration for treatment.
 Present job design proposals specification and procedures to customer on job site.
 Work closely with operations in pre-job planning, confer with the program service line coordinator to develop and implement job operating procedures.
 Conduct pre and post job analysis (i.e. pre job chemical, mud and water testing beaker tests, tank strapping, post-job information review).
 Investigate and evaluate any job difficulties and or failures to diagnose faculty operations.
 Prepare post-job treatment reports/summaries for the senior engineer.

Responsibilities:
 Participated in engineering studies, design and completion programs, while helping with optimizing production.
 Providing fracture designs, on site treatment supervision and engineering by working with operators and service- company personnel to develop and implement optimum stimulation designs.
 To apply an integrated approach, this combines fracture transient analysis (well testing) and reservoir stimulation.
 To apply fracture diagnostic technologies, this allows for direct measurement of how the reservoir responds to the treatment. This direct measurement of fracture dimensions and orientation combined with engineering and advanced software will improve treatment economics and performance in many ways which includes:
• Optimal number of fracture stages
• Increased coverage of the target pay zone
• Low completion cost
• Increased production
• Greater Net Present Value (NPV)
