Experience:

1974 - 1976 E.I. Dupont de Nemours As an engineering student in a cooperative education program, worked as an engineering technician in a Nylon® manufacturing process control engineering group. Under supervision of a process engineer, collected data related to various process parameters, conducted statistical analysis of collected data, and prepared reports summarizing collected data and results of analysis of collected data.

1979-1981 Colonial Pipeline Company As an associate engineer, worked with engineering technicians to collect data necessary for NPDES permit applications, and prepared NPDES applications for review and submission to permitting authorities by the Environmental Control engineer. Monitored data received from engineering technicians concerning pipeline corrosion and effectiveness corrosion control program. Performed takeoffs from construction drawings checked specifications of specified equipment for accuracy, ordered equipment, revised and updated bid documents, and interfaced with contractor to assure contractors compliance with contract specifications for pipeline throughput improvement projects.

1981-1982 Applied Engineering As a project engineer, interfaced with design engineering group, draftsmen and outside equipment vendors to specify equipment and make necessary revisions to construction drawings for modular skid mounted liquids removal plants for natural gas pipeline. Developed, implemented and tracked construction schedule through delivery of completed modular plants to Venezuela.
