MAIN TASKS
Discipline resource co-ordination at the Sub Office. Discipline methodology implementation at the Sub Office.
Checking of studies (technical and plan estimation input), approving work packages applying to all sub suppliers. Ensures good personal PEM knowledge and participate in PEM introduction/training as required. Ensures good PEM knowledge within the discipline at the sub office and arrange PEM introduction/training as required. HSE Leadership by emphasizing his/her personal commitment to HSE and by promoting Aker Solutions’ HSE principles, HSE Mindset and Just Care. Ensures that the discipline at the sub office is manned with proper and adequate personnel at all times. Co-ordinates the discipline personal resources at the sub office ensuring optimized discipline manning for all modification tasks at all times.
