•21-story, CIP concrete, residential apartment building with 5-story integral parking garage at base. Shear wall lateral system, flat plate mild reinforced slabs, steel H-pile foundation. Revit/BIM Project.

•Senior Structural Consultant hired on short term basis during latter stages of CD phase of fast-track project. Provided experienced technical oversight and consultation for many aspects of analysis (using ETABS and SAFE), design, and rebar detailing of all major concrete elements including shear walls, link/coupling beams, transfer girders, columns, beams, and slabs.

South Shore Hospital – Vertical Expansion, South Weymouth, MA
•New 2-story steel framed vertical expansion onto existing 4-story concrete structure with additional 6-story, 2-bay wide horizontal expansion as well. Full seismic upgrade utilizing steel special concentrically braced frames and concrete infill shear walls. Revit/BIM Project.

Fletcher Allen Health Care – New Radiation Oncology Expansion, Burlington, VT
•2-story, CIP concrete structure housing 3 new radiation oncology vaults and office space; Roof structure and columns/walls designed to support current heavy landscaping loads for roof garden or potential future 4-story steel vertical expansion.

•39-story (35 above grade, 4 below grade), CIP concrete residential condominium building with 8 levels of parking. Complex core shear wall system with full story link walls at several levels to distribute overturning; flat plate, mild reinforced slabs; Concrete mat foundation.

Tower at Carnegie Abbey, Portsmouth, RI
•22-story, CIP concrete residential condominium building with adjacent precast parking garage. Tower structure makes use of existing mat foundation once used for 220’ tall steel industrial building. Existing mat modified in thickness and plan geometry to accommodate new tower.

Wisconsin Place, Friendship Heights, MD
•Multi-block (approx. 600’x600’), multi-use project including a large 4-story below grade parking garage with central loading dock supporting several buildings above grade and landscaped plaza at grade. Buildings above include 4 low-rise steel retail buildings, a concrete mid-rise residential building, and a concrete mid-rise office building.
