ľ Prepared the Rahway site for the implementation of COMET by training end users on the business processes using a phased approach, preparing CMMS data for migration to SAP, developing the Go-Live startup plan to minimize productivity losses and negative impact to business and developing of training resources / materials.
ľ Provided SAP End User Training at Rahway to over 200 employees, which enabled a successful implementation of COMET, global alignment and increased efficiency.
ľ Successfully coordinated and executed the RY Go-Live start up plan, which included Market-wide SBP training delivered to over 200 users, allowing a controlled startup of SAP, completion of cutover activities and hands on training/assistance in the live system.
