Responsible for quality improvements, cost reductions and new product development. Under the World Class Manufacturing initiative, I have been involved with the Autonomous and Professional Maintenance “Pillars”, by providing Engineering support on model machines and areas.

Manufacturing Engineer - Harley-Davidson Motor Company Milwaukee, WI (1997 - 1999, 2004 - 2007)
I was responsible for several different products and processes. Focusing on continuous improvements in process development and quality control systems. Improved efficiencies and reduced manning requirements while achieving product cost reductions and increased quality goals. Have been successful with the production of several Core Competent components for future (current) programs. Significantly improved equipment reliability ratings by identifying and correcting frequent failures, reduced 'troubleshooting' times and aided in effective Preventative Maintenance programs.
