SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Scope of duties varied due to assignments and career management fields during military service. Positions included Operations Supervisor at a senior organizational level, where I was responsible for the training and safety of 800 soldiers, operation and deployment of $3.5 million worth of equipment. Supervised two junior supervisors and five other employees. Served in the Army’s Central Command Plans and Operations Division (G-3) during frequent deployments in Southwest Asia where I worked to integrate US Army air defense assets into a Joint Service, Multinational Air Defense organization. Performed other duties as a career counselor (reenlistment), and Equal Opportunity advisor. Other senior organizational level positions included that of Electronics Material Maintenance Office Supervisor, in which I provided the chief executive with technical advice on employment of air defense assets. Certified soldiers on the maintenance and employment of a highly complex missile launching system. Experienced as a Multiple Launch Rocket System Operator-Maintainer and Telecommunications Center Supervisor. Served a tour as an Army Recruiter where my presentation and interpersonal skills were honed. Peruses databases such as JETDAS, WEBFLIS, Haystack and LOGSA. Interacts with OEMs, Suppliers, DLA, PMs Item Mgrs, Depots and other contractors to obtain procurement, technical data and specifications as part of parts technical documentation requirements (PTD). Enters and submits data using Mil-Pref 49506 and 1388-2B formats. Develops RPSTLs and CBILs. Attends and organizes provisioning conferences, weekly meetings and interfaces with various working groups as part of a technical team to support to MDA.
