Drainage Experience:
• Design of a drainage pump station with three 400 cubic foot per second drainage pumps and ancillary equipment, three 84-inch diameter spiralweld steel pipes and pump station building with a safe house which also doubles as the control room during normal and emergency operations in Jefferson Parish, LA.
Wastewater Experience:
• Preliminary Design of the entire City of Pearland’s Far Northwest Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) to accommodate a plant expansion from 2MGD average / 8MGD peak to a 6MGD average / 24MGD peak flow.
• Preliminary and Final Design the entire City of Deer Park Main WWTP to accommodate a plant expansion from 4MGD average / 16MGD peak to a 6MGD average / 24MGD peak flow.
• Capacity verification of sewage pump stations located throughout Jefferson and St. Charles Parishes.
• Design of a Sludge Holding Tank at the City of Houston’s Almeda Sims Wastewater Treatment Plant & Sludge Processing Facility Improvements and demolishing of the old sludge handling facility.
• Development of specification for the repair of Lift Stations, Booster Pump Stations, Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants in Plaquemines Parish, LA following the aftermath of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita and the implementation of Hazard mitigation plans to prevent damage from future storms.
• Design of two (0.2MGD &1.5MGD) WWTPs and collection system for Pearlington, MS and Kiln, MS respectively.
• Design of a new 980gpm Pump Station and modification to two existing pump stations to transport flow from Bay St. Louis, MS to the Waveland wastewater treatment plant.
• Design of sewer manholes and gravity lines rehabilitation within the Carrollton Area Basin in New Orleans, LA.
Water Experience:
• Design of a new chemical tank farm for the Bulk Storage Chemical Tanks and Chemical Feed System Building at the City of Houston’s Northeast Water Purification Plant.
• Design of a new thickened sludge pump station for the new water treatment module at the City of Houston’s Southeast Water Purification Plant.
• Design of two (2) 750 GPM Water Supply Wells, a 1,000,000 Gallon Elevated Water Storage Tank, Auxiliary Electric Generator, Chlorination System, Provisions for connection to SCADA System and a Water Transmission main in Kiln, MS.
Solid Waste Management:
• Preparation of the permit application and modifications to the existing permit for the continued operation of the Jefferson Parish municipal solid waste landfill.
