• Specified and installed fans, pumps, heat exchangers, filters, conveyor systems, measurement devices and dust collection systems.
• Selected as project engineer for the mill energy conservation team. Led personnel education and deployment of energy savings projects.
• Led Process Safety Information team to bring the Brewton manufacturing plant to GP safety standards.
• Supervised millions of dollars worth of electrostatic precipitator work during annual shutdowns along simultaneously with many other outage projects.
• Managed a multi-million dollar capital project on a paper machine.
• Currently managing ~$22 million in capital projects and about a dozen smaller projects.
• Used precision maintenance and design for maximum lifespan and minimum downtime.
• Identified bad practices of compressed air use, calculated cost, addressed the issue and saved the mill ~$500k annually.
