PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Assistant Professor for Under Graduate students (June 2005 - May 2007)
Duties included teaching Electrical Engineering courses to a class ranging from 60 to 66. Apart from classroom teaching, supervision of the students with their hands-on practical sessions was part of the job responsibility. Also had the opportunity to encourage students to present seminars in order to understand the Engineering principles better.

Key Contributions:
•Reduced the student failure rate to 0% in 3 courses (VLSI Design, Pulse and Digital Circuits, Switching theory and logic Design) for the first time in the College history.
•Initiated the concept of Personality Development Program for students which was well- regarded by management and faculty.
•Introduced PSPICE, a new technology, to the students.
•Modified the standard procedure for conducting hands-on practical sessions which was approved.
•Arranged guest lectures by experts in the field to create an interest in the students.
•Consistently recognized by the management for timeliness, organizational skills, patience and ability to communicate well with students and co-workers.
•Received special invitation from the Chair of Department to rejoin the Organization as a result of outstanding performance and ability to perform well in all environments and settings.

PROJECTS:
•Build CMOS inverter starting from transistor level :
The objective was to build CMOS inverter, perform DRC, extract spice Netlist, and simulate. Tools used-Virtuoso layout editor

•CPLD implementation of Full Adder :
The objective of this project was to design a one bit Full Adder and check its functionality. Tools used - Xilinx ISE Series, Xilinx CPLD. Coding was done in VHDL.

•Runtime Assignment of Reconfigurable Hardware components for Image Processing Pipelines:
