•Directed the successful implementation of the wet starch system project with potential earnings of $2 million. The wet starch system was a $770 thousand project that allows the United States Gypsum Corporation to produce Sheetrock Ultralight Panels. Sheetrock Ultralight Panels are 30% lighter (11-16 lbs), per 8 ft board, then any other drywall in the market.
•Member of the Northeastwood project team which successfully implemented the $24 million Special K Crisp line installation. Project Northeastwood exceeded the start up curve percentages 11 of 12 weeks and produces 15.3 million pounds in 2011.
