 Over (11) eleven years experience in Foundry, Metals and Die Cast Quality Automotive Departments working as a Quality Supervisor, ISO/TS and/or QS Administrator, Technician and Engineer.
 Duties included: Implementation, maintenance and adherence to quality system(s) including continuing assurance of third party assessment certifications.
 Employee training, customer and vendor contact and resolution of quality issues, APQP, SPC, PPAP, FMEA, gage calibration and R&R, continuous improvement, product certification (supplier & customer), corrective and preventative actions, preventative maintenance, blue print/drawing reading, tooling, control plans, flow charting, and product launch were also part of my job duties.
 Supervision encompassed: Inspection, assembly, gauging, paint, shipping and receiving, quality and lab department personnel.
 Defect analysis and process engineering, customer, company, industry and vendor/supplier certifications, specifications and standards were also an integral part of my functions within each organization.
