“Reliability Engineer” - Emerson Process Management – Knoxville, TN

 Performed day-to-day reliability engineering functions in support of production, maintenance and engineering tasks.
 Performed and managed asset prioritization and task optimization throughout the entire Seadrift Coke Plant using a streamlined RCM approach,
 Managed an entire cultural change as Seadrift moves from a more “reactive type” of philosophy to a “proactive” type philosophy. Being a proven communicator and facilitator makes him ideally suited for this task.
 Provided guidance to reliability technicians, review daily production reports for reliability occurrences and problem solve reliability recurrences, analyze data for PdM/PM effectiveness and for predictive maintenance patterns.
 Performed Root Cause Analysis, maintaining communication with all production, maintenance and planning staff in an effort to keep Seadrift staff informed on the continuous improvement on the company’s strategic vision for reliability excellence.
